Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for company formation and compliance filings. WipeUp is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
Forming a company is only the first step. Clients are responsible for maintaining their registered agent, filing annual reports, and meeting any state or federal compliance obligations after formation, unless a compliance package has been separately purchased.
WipeUp's services may not be used to form entities for illegal purposes, fraud, or activities that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if such use is suspected.
We communicate order updates via email, WhatsApp, and your dashboard. Clients are expected to respond promptly to requests for documents or information needed to complete their order.
